Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legal agreement between you ("User") and free365 ("Platform", "we", "us") regarding the use of the free365.onl website and all services provided on it.

This document should be read together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which form the complete agreement between you and free365. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms and Conditions shall take precedence.

Your use of this platform following any amendment to these Terms and Conditions will be deemed acceptance of the amended terms. You are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Account Registration

To use free365 services, you must register a valid account. The registration process is subject to the following conditions:

• You must be at least 21 years old on the date of registration.
• Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) registered account. Holding more than one account is strictly prohibited.
• Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete and up to date. False or misleading information may result in account closure.
• You are responsible for updating your account information whenever changes occur, particularly contact details and payment information.
• free365 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including a copy of your identity card (MyKad) or relevant documents. Such requests must be complied with within the specified timeframe.
• A free365 account is for personal use only and may not be transferred to another party.

Deposits and Withdrawals

free365 provides a range of secure payment methods for users in Malaysia. All financial transactions are subject to the following conditions:

• Online banking via FPX
• Cryptocurrency: USDT, BTC, ETH

Transaction Limits:

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per payment method.
• Minimum withdrawal: RM50 per withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are usually processed within one hour after the request is approved.

All deposits must come from an account registered in the name of the free365 account holder. free365 reserves the right to decline a withdrawal if there are outstanding wagering requirements, incomplete identity verification, or a security review is required. Deposited funds are non-refundable except under specific circumstances determined by management.

Bonuses and Promotions

free365 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific conditions stated alongside each offer. The general conditions for all bonuses are as follows:

• Welcome Bonus: A first deposit bonus of 120% up to RM300. For example, a deposit of RM100 gives a bonus of RM120 with a total balance of RM220, and the wagering requirement is RM120 × 25 = RM3,000. For a deposit of RM600, the bonus is RM300 with a balance of RM900, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 25 = RM7,500.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any winnings from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless stated otherwise.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may only be used by the eligible account holder.
• free365 reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses and possible account closure.

The VIP programme has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum, offering weekly cashback of up to 0.3%, 0.6%, 0.9% and 1.2% respectively. Progression between tiers depends on your overall betting activity.

Game Rules

All games available on the free365 platform are subject to their respective rules. Users are responsible for understanding the game rules before playing.

• All game results are final. free365 will not reverse any completed game result except in cases of a proven technical error.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game session, free365 will endeavour to resolve the dispute based on system records. Management's decision in such matters is final.
• The use of automation software, bots or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games is strictly prohibited.
• free365 reserves the right to remove any account suspected of using manipulation strategies or cheating in games.
• Information on game RTP and volatility is available for general reference. However, each game session is independent and past results do not guarantee future outcomes.

User Responsibilities

As a user of the free365 platform, you agree to:

• Comply with all laws and regulations in force in your jurisdiction when using this platform.
• Only use funds you can afford to lose in any betting activity.
• Not use this platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Report any suspicious activity or unauthorised access to your account to our support team immediately.
• Refrain from using this platform if you have a gambling problem or are under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
• Ensure that no individual under the age of 21 has access to your account.

Account Closure and Suspension

You have the right to close your account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Before closure, please ensure all eligible balances are withdrawn first in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

free365 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if:

• The user is found to have violated any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• There is suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or system manipulation.
• The user provided false information during registration or the verification process.
• The account is identified as a duplicate or is owned by an individual who has been banned.
• There is an instruction from the relevant authorities requiring the account to be suspended.

In cases of closure due to a breach of terms, free365 reserves the right to hold any balance in the account concerned while an investigation is carried out.

Limitation of Liability

free365 works to ensure the platform operates smoothly at all times. However, we are not responsible for:

• Any financial losses arising from the user's betting decisions.
• Service interruptions due to system maintenance, third-party technical failures or circumstances beyond our control (force majeure).
• Indirect, consequential or punitive losses even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your own negligence in safeguarding your password.

The maximum liability of free365 towards you for any claim is limited to the value of the last deposit you made within the 30 days preceding the claim, or the amount mutually agreed upon through the official resolution process.

Privacy and Data Protection

free365 takes the protection of users' personal information seriously. All data collected, stored and used is subject to our separate Privacy Policy.

By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also agree that free365 may:

• Collect and process your personal information for the purposes of providing services, identity verification and legal compliance.
• Share your information with the relevant authorities when required by law.
• Use your contact information to send account-related updates, security notices and relevant promotional offers.

Law and Jurisdiction

free365 operates under international licensing and complies with the regulations set by its licensing regulatory body. This agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws under the relevant licensing jurisdiction.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through direct negotiation between you and us. If negotiation fails, the dispute may be referred to arbitration in accordance with the procedures set by the regulatory body.

The unenforceability of any provision in these Terms and Conditions does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the original version, the version considered authoritative shall depend on the platform's official operating language.
